Refund & Cancellation Policy
Check that the cancellation window and refund timing below match how you actually operate. HK Hitech Global is an unregistered business operating from Sangrur, Punjab, India, and runs this website at hkhitechglobal.com.
1. Consultation bookings
When you book a paid consultation your slot is held immediately, and confirmed once we have verified your UPI payment.
- Cancellation by you: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we'll try to reschedule once as a courtesy.
- Cancellation by us: if we need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or a rescheduled slot, whichever you prefer.
- No-show: missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
2. Development engagements
Custom development work is governed by the specific agreement for that project. Milestone payments for work already delivered are non-refundable; refunds for undelivered work are handled per that agreement.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are sent back by UPI to the account you paid from, and typically reach you within 5 business days. If you can no longer receive money at that UPI ID, tell us where to send it instead.
4. How to request a refund
Email algosangrur@gmail.com with your booking name and date, or reply on the same WhatsApp thread you sent your payment screenshot to. We'll confirm eligibility and process it promptly.
